Proyecto Terruño
A hospitality complex in the Valle de Guadalupe, developed by a multidisciplinary collective of artists, brewers, chefs, and entrepreneurs. The project brings together a restaurant, a field brewery, a bar, a café, a sculptural garden, a working orchard, and a small hotel.
It was conceived as an immersive experience rooted in the valley’s landscape: architecture built with materials found on site; gardens planted with native species; a culinary program guided by seasonal harvests from the orchard; and a field brewery based on spontaneous fermentation processes. The spaces are largely open, framed to engage directly with the surrounding terrain.
The complex reuses and builds upon existing structures on the site. Additional spaces are constructed using discarded materials from the farm, while new architectural elements rely on local resources such as soil and stone extracted directly from the land.
